These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Haymi Studio website, online booking, and our text messaging program. By using our website, booking an appointment or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

SMS terms of service

Program name: Haymi Studio Appointments & Updates

Program description: When you opt in, Haymi Studio will send you text messages about your appointments and inquiries, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling or cancellation notices, and replies to questions you send us. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotions and special offers.

• How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive replies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Opt out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START.

• Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: for how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Appointments and booking

Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform or by contacting us. Appointment lengths shown are estimates and may vary depending on your hair type, length and the service requested.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are subject to change. Many services, including color and chemical treatments, are priced after a consultation because they depend on your hair's length, thickness and condition. We will confirm pricing with you before starting any service.

Cancellations and late arrivals

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another client. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule so that we can stay on time for the clients booked after you.

Service satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right.

Use of our website

The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Haymi Studio or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. We work to keep information on this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete or up to date.
